This New Moon in Gemini reflects the Gemini trait of being multifaceted. We all have multiple perspective lenses we see through. This applies to how we see our self and how we see others. How we experience this Moon is the medicine to see things for what they truly are, for their true purpose.

A New Moon is a good time to set new goals so this is an especially good new moon to start a new project. The stars in particular give the skills needed to do well in business. A new moon symbolizes new beginnings when you look at old goals and set new ones. It is a good time to contemplate upon your life. The meaning of a new moon is the opportunity to start anew and refresh your dreams and desires. It is a time of magic! 

A Cornucopia Spell 

Perform this spell to attract prosperity, fortune, and abundance💸

we've added some of our own personal touch to this spell to help amplify what we believe brings natural abundance and happiness

Timing: during the New Moon

Supplies:

-green votive candle

-green 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper or cardstock

-glass cup or jar

-matches/lighter

-silver or gold coins (both if you have them)

-3 one dollar bills

-any other small objects that represent fortune to you

Directions: set up your work area in a safe spot to allow the candle to burn undisturbed. It can burn up to eight hours but if you're not comfortable having it burn while you're away please don't leave it unattended.

Once your're set up and have your supplies gathered, put yourself into a proper frame of mind: receptive, optimistic, and focused. Begin by rolling the heavy paper into a cone shape and securing the paper cone with a few pieces of tape. This cone becomes your cornucopia. (If you own a cornucopia basket, you may certainly use that).

As your roll the paper into a cone shape, say the following:

By the magical new moon so bright a cornucopia is made this night.

Now hold up the candle and say:

As I hold this green votive spell candle in my hands I enchant it to send abundance across the land.

Place the candle in the glass jar or cup and light it. Once it is burning well, continue by saying with intention:

Now burn with purpose both bright and true, May I be blessed in all that I do.

Add the dollars, coins, and any other symbolic money objects to the paper cornucopia. Place the cornucopia in the center of your work space and next to the green candle. Hold your hands above the filled cornucopia and say:

This cornucopia is an ancient symbol of plenty. Now filled with coins and dollar bills counting three this spell will attract abundance swiftly to me! May this manifest in the best possible way bring healthy abundance to all of my days. 

Allow the candle to burn out in a safe place. Leave the cash and objects in the cornucopia for a full month. During this time, whenever you have an extra buck or change, add it to the cornucopia. If you need to you can transfer the extra change to a jar just leave the cornucopia with the original money right next to it. 

After the month has ended, put the extra gathered money in your bank account. Give some of the extra money to someone who you know could use it--a college student, a friend struggling to make ends meet. Remember to give so that you can, in turn, abundantly receive!
