You are Magic, own that shit 🔮✨
What's a Goddess without her magic?
The Goddess is one who is in the process of learning to know, accept and love herself on all levels, mind body and spirit. A woman who focuses on personal growth and self awareness is able to experience life filled with peace, love, joy, and passion. A woman who is inspired to give to those around her because of her sense of gratitude and abundance. The Goddess is a woman that understands she has unlimited capacity to make her life anything she wants.
Ask yourself what you need, and give it to yourself.
That is how you’ll thrive....
Like the moon, we go through phases, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual phases. We all want to live our best life, and find connection to what makes our lives purposeful.
When we nourish ourselves with good company, energy, projects, spaces, self-care, love, magic, beauty, we radiate light into the world and continually sharpen our vision, perception, and clarity all at once. This type of energy is contagious, it spreads to those around you, which spreads to even more. Keep fighting, desiring, embracing the things that make you feel most alive.
There is a Goddess within you. She’s always been there, she whispers things into your mind that become thoughts, she’s the essence of your intuition. She is waiting to emerge. Goddesses across all cultures and times have represented the essential feminine qualities needed to balance the male qualities so we can heal, grow and flourish in every part of our lives. While they inspire endless ways to live more harmoniously, here are a few intentions and manifestations to keep in the forefront of your everyday life to bring out the abundance of your inner Goddess:
Create a Sacred Space
Imagine a little sanctuary where you can go after (and in between) the busyness of your day to re-center and replenish. Having a room, or even a small nook or corner, as your personal sacred space is a powerful way to connect with your Goddess self every day. Start by finding a spot in your home where you can have some privacy, and make it your own.
Next, turn this spot into your private oasis by adding symbols of something spiritual. You can create your own alter, add your crystals, a picture of what a Goddess is representative to you, incense, candles, plants and flowers, anything that will make this area a special and sacred space where you can meditate, journal, pray, daydream, reflect, nurture yourself, have a soothing cup of tea, or take some time to just be.

Connect with the Divine within
Although having your outer sanctuary is valuable, there is also an inner sanctuary that is always available and accessible to you no matter where you are or what you’re doing. This space is your Spirit-the eternal and wise part of you often called your Higher, True or I Am Self. It is through this place that you can access your intuition and live a more inspired and spiritually guided life, while enjoying the peace, support and synchronicities that come with doing so.
Connecting with this part of yourself requires a constant and consistent practice of becoming present and turning your attention inward. Here are some steps to to do this:
1. Close your eyes
2. Rest your hands with palms facing up on your lap or place them gently on your heart
3. Ask a question or set an intention (for example, “What do I need to know today?” or “I am now connecting with my Spirit.”)
4. Focus on your breathing
5. Place your attention on your heart center or third eye
6. Gently observe any thoughts that come up and let them pass like clouds moving across the sky
7. Keep bringing your attention back to your breath and pay attention to any feelings, visions, sensations or ideas you get
8. Once you’re done, write down any immediate thoughts or feelings and thank your Spirit for its loving support and assistance
9. Keep a pen and small notepad with you for any “aha” moments that may come later
Remember, inner guidance is subtle, so don’t strain to hear messages. Just trust that you have received the information at a deeper level by the simple act of connecting with your Spirit and any answers you need will arise as you are ready. In the meantime, enjoy the peace and stillness within.
Let go and let Goddess
Assert Your Feminine Power
While male power can be forceful or aggressive, feminine power is about being firm and assertive. The Goddess’ way is not to demand power, but to command it. You can do this by learning how to say no to requests on your time or energy that drain and deplete you or otherwise ask you to compromise your values. Set healthy boundaries in your personal and professional relationships and do things because you feel guided to and want to do them – not because you feel obligated or guilty.
We as women are raised to be polite, nice and always accommodating to please others and avoid conflict. We can care so much about others’ feelings and opinions that we often pay a high price for it – from resentment and burn out to anxiety and depression. But our Divine Feminine nature calls on us to live more authentically and happily by standing in our power and speaking our truth gracefully, consistently and firmly. No anger, no apologies.
